I agree with DR. Your husband should see a neurologist. It seems to me that the Dr. was not familiar with cluster headaches. A neurologist is better equipped to handle head problems. My neurologist knew the best combo of drugs to use. I saw my family practitioner, opthamologist, er Dr., and then finally the neurologist. They all gave me drugs that helped a little bit. The neurologist is the one who got it right.
