Mine usually wake me up. Always on left side behind my eye. It is so severe I cannot be still. For one thing I panic for fear of a bad one coming. I am so sick at my stomach, I gag and usually end up on the bathroom floor with towels under me. If my son is home, he hears me gagging and comes and carries me to my bed with the towels under me. I rock, pace, cry, moan, groan, you name it. I feel like I am going to die each and every time. Something is going to burst in my head. I don't know how much more I can stand. The pain is stabbing and severe. My neck today is very sore or tired on the left side. I find that if I push as hard as I can it helps some, then again, nothing really helps. I also notice that I have a different odor to my sweat when I have one. I think of someone scared to death and remember reading books describing a person's body oder when they think they are going to die. My body odor changes smells. I know that sounds strange, but everything about these blasted things, well........Does anyone else notice this different odor during an attack or right after?

The shear thought of going through another attack right now makes me not want to go to bed affraid what might happen.

I notice that afternoon sun glaring in my eyes will set off an attack. Not morning sun, just afternoon. Strong perfumes, especially Estae Lauder. I cringe thinking about getting stuck in an elevator with a lady with that strong stuff on.

Has anyone tried the pepper (chaynne)?
