That was my nickname as a kid. I had a script filled for tooth pain a while back and the label read David Chalfart LOL This has happened many times. I always laugh at embarrassment when I fill out papers needing. I have terrible penmanship so many ask " is it C.h.a.l.f.a.r.t ? or fany LOL. guess it a was a Freudian slip of Unconscious nostalgia. Thanks for the responce; I got a kick out of it.
