O2 was also my treatment of choice. That is until the third episode I tried it on and it did absolutely nothing for the pain. So far at 2 to no more than 3 Imitrex injections a day (24 hours) I haven't noticed any troubling side affects. I am concerned about the potential for heart interaction. But frankly, if I don't knock it down with the injection, the BEAST may win.
