Thanks Amanda for your comments. Yes, this is one of those times that men could have all this mess and pain. Thanks for the tip on Dramimine. The Neuro gave me Amitriptyline 10 mg and was to take 1 and build up to 5 or 6. Aren't these habit forming?
Sounds like you have had these for a while for you to know what phase of sleep these occur. How did you get your detailed information. Asking a lot of questions, reading, experience, etc.
