In response to the high blood pressure & pulse.
Many years ago my regular doctor that understood Clusters and originally diagnosed me was out of town. It just happened to be in the middle of the day and I called my OB-GYN doc. He told me to come on in. Well, here I go crying, gagging in a towel all the way. When I get there everyone in the waiting room must have thought I was crazy or something for the way I looked and acted. They took me right on back and his nurse just kept coming in and taking my blood pressure. My OB came in and said he was sending me acroos the street to the hospital immediately, at which I said, no just give me a shot and let me go home. They kept taking my BP and finally he agreed with one condition that I return the next day for him to check me again. I said OK, OK, anything, just let me go home & get in bed. I did go back the next day and they checked my BP again. He told me that my blood pressure was so high that he thought I was going to have a stroke. You see I only weighed about 95 lbs and my blood pressure stays at 100/80 or 110/80 all the time. I told him I know my blood pressure was up, it always is when I have one of these blasted headaches because I am in so much pain. When I went Friday to my new GP her girl was so shaken by the way I was acting she forgot to take my BP, but you can bet it was sky high and my pulse too.

Thanks for that tip. I think it might help someone too.

It's a shame that we are treated like drug-loving ignorant people that don't know what is wrong with them.
