I used to take the 2 darvocet every 4 hours. Then at the peak of the cycle, when the headaches are stronger and meaner I used to take 2 every 2 hours whether or not I had a cluster. However, at the end of the cycle when I stopped taking them, I had withdrawal symptoms. Shaky hands, constipation, etc.. I hope they work for you.
