I have not been keeping good documentation. I have been pain free about 3 years until December 28th this time. This is my 4th session since then. This one began Thursday.
Now am documenting since I have heard from all you wonderful people. It has taken me years to obtain through trial and error what I have learned through this web site in a couple of days.
