Another good, currdent article I neglected to mention in the other post:
Follow this sequence: www.ama-assn.org; select "migraine" at the bottom of the page; then select "clinical guidelines and resources"; then "diagnosis and management guidelines"--this is the underlined title of the article; then to bottom of page and select "full text". This will take you to another site; print out the whole document, 24 pages. Then go back into the body of the article and look for "Table 1"; print it out and do so for tables 2 to 4. Tables give medication information and dosing.
