I had little luck with the generic..but for the
last two times I have had terrific results with
the brand Covera - HS at 240 and now 180mg daily.

after 14 years of at least 2 cycles of 2-3months a
year, I got one 1.5 years ago that lasted 4 months,
greater daily frequency and more intense as well
as each headache lasting longer. I started the
covera hs at 240 mg and chiropractic treatment.
The headaches subsided within days, except for shadows
which lingered for weeks. I had one major (beyond 10)
that lasted 4-6 hours and then was free for the 1.5 years.

About 25 days ago they started again, tried chiropractic
little relief, called the doc ordered 180mg covera hs
2 days without ch. Major 10 plus for 4.5 hours,
and now have had 5 nites without ch. I have and continue
to have shadows (heavier than last time) but it is
early in the cycle.

summary: for me between ice packs, covera hs I can
live and get at least a number of days relief.

Good luck
