Hi David, I actually started out taking verapamil for MVP, 240 mg day SR, always took lithium 2 x 300 mg day for clusters, last year the clusters went chronic, finnaly got the nuro to up the verapamil to 2 x 240. Got better 2 weeks later.
Was it the verapamil? or did the cluster end on its own? Who know but I am staying with the 480 mg dosage for know.
