I'm not sure about the heart problems specifically..though imitrex is always a risk. There is some info about strokes with Midrin and Imitrex. I used alot of Imitrex and my MD's cautioned me on only 2 times per day (injections). There is concern about prolonged usage too....but I guess we will be the ones to find out that one (unfortunately!) Hang in there.
