If you're using Internet Explorer or Netscape, do a "right click" on the topic you want from the list at the left, then choose "open in new window" from the list of choices that comes up. You can then maximize the new window that opens and see the frame full screen. Close it with the "x" at top left to clear it off, or else minimize. If you're on a Mac, you'll have to wait for somebody else to help...
