Hi there! Regarding your question about stress i never related mine to stress, alcohol or smoking because I had none of the above when i started geting them(I was just a tot).As i got older my cycles always seemed to come when everything was perfect in my life. I was just in the healthiest condition i ever had been and BOOM, he (she)strikes again!
As the brain itself does not grow than Dr.Goadsbys new findings would suggest we are born with this condition. Anyway, i am no expert, i just thought i would share my thoughts.
