Re: Shadows
Mine are not daily, but they occur frequently during the
warmer months. Infrequently during the winter.

I have worried that shadows might represent "an aura"of
CH, but all to often I have had a CH following a period
of NO shadows so I have discounted that for now.

The problem I had, BEFORE I got lucky with O2, was
determining whether a severe shadow was an evolving CH.
I had only a few minutes to decide whether to take
medication, or wait it out. Delaying the medication
only caused the CH to be worse, but I didn't want to
take the Rx unnecessarily. Now, of course, I no longer
hesitate to huff the O2 should a shadow become the
least bit severe, although the O2 doesn't seem to
abort a shadow as well as it works on a frank, CH.
