My wife's have changed times. At first, they were worst at night, but over time, they have shifted to morning hours, like 8-10AM. I think this may have something to do with the hypothalmus theory the enlish doctor is looking at. Our body clocks don't neccesarily run on a 24 hour time frame. It looks like my wife's clock runs on about a 22 hour time frame.
