*I am a smoker now but i was Not when I first started clustering.
*I am now in the 4th month of an excruciating cycle but was healthier than i had ever been just before This one hit.(ie. gym everyday for 3 hrs,little to no drinking, bright outlook,)
* I've never had a dr say these things about hormones or that I am exagerating(im lucky I guess) but certain family, friends, and acquantances have often made lite of my situation.
