Verapamil is a first choice among the neurologist her in Athens, GA. But an effective dosage must be sought.
I was started at 180, then 240, and finally 360 mgs. IT WORKED!!! From what I have learned through my neurologist, 180 mgs is a low dosage and I had to work with him to establish the correct dosage. This is the first time I have been pain free in decades
