The droopy eyelid and dilated pupil, is exactly how my husband looks. We did not know it had a name. Four yrs ago when he first got CH pain thats what we noticed was the droopy eyelid and dilated pupil, scared the hell out of both of us. Believe it or not but he actually let me take him to the ER and thats when they told him he cluster headaches.
