Funny you should ask that. I was actually wondering something like that myself. It dawned on me today that the majority of the time it happens in the very early A.M. or on the weekends. As a matter a' fact, I can only recall one time when I had one at work and spent my entire morning on the floor in the bathroom. I honestly don't know how I would survive if I got them frequently at work (people would think I was nuts).
I also wonder if stress is a factor for anyone else (might be a coincidence, but it seems that way for me).
