Thank you for posting the article pre-publication. I am in day 12 of an episode, with the last 5 being what I think is the crescendo with usually 4 h/a/day. I expect at least another 7 to 12 days of crescendo, then ebbing for another week or two. I am using Imitrex injections. Tried O2 again but no relief. I am going to try to see a podiatrist here in town; apparently, I learn through another source, he is also a clusterer. I will share the article with him and maybe try Ritalin therapy. I will share results.
