I'm just getting over an attack as I type this message.
I use to drink ocasionally about 12 years ago but have not touched a single drop since.
I started getting cluster headaches about 4 years ago so I know alcohol has nothing to do with my pain.I have not found anything to this day that keeps me from getting these headaches.
I'm not the type to take any medicin unlesss it's life threatening so I feel I'm forced to live with this pain for the rest of my life.
If anyone knows of any natural way of preventing cluster headaches, I would really appreceate an email.
