You have just described me today with 100% accuracy!. I woke up early, couldn't wait to get back to sleep, woke up to cancel my hair appt, and went back to sleep. Just forcing myself to be up now. I had a headache when I went to bed last night and took Imitrex and O2. Had it this morning and did the same treatment.
