I agree with what you say Michael, but some STILL can not do it. I have managed to maintain a decent quality life with CHs also. This is the opinion of my docs, therapist, and well informed friends. I believe some have a strong, personal constitution; others don't. May be you are right but some can not muster up the willingness to do so. Many of us have other diseases that are as debilitating CHs. The only other route is the spiritual path or middle of the road as described by Buddhist. THAT is what helped me. Reliance on a higher being, though I still fall down alot.
