Ditto. Everything is a trigger. I guess we have the tendency to be cognizant or aware of our state of mind, circumstances, etc. after a CH, mainly because of desperation and the deep need for an answer to or dilemna. I am baffled , But these minor or unique "triggers", side effects, odd occurances, etc. One day, a hearshy kiss can be a trigger. The next day, I can eat a whole bag (REALLY ) and not get a cluster. But I think as you do ; they are unpredictable and leave us confused and we try to target something to explain what caused IT this time. I try to stick to the basic triggers, but I recently found that every time I eat spinach, I get a CH. I was given a list of foods to avoid and spinach was one of them. Must have vasodialation properties or who knows????
Sincerely and with luv, DC
