I just returned from trip. My Headache docs always recommended taking an injection of Imitrex just prior to the flight....helps me. I also take a very "short run" of steriods (Decadron) prior to my vacation---flight. Not everyone has problems with altitude but I definitely play the safer route. Best of luck, irene
