I became unemployed in May due to my clusters. Ive been chronic for over 2.5 years, the first two years my employer let me work from home.
When I first went chronic I employed a Labor Attorney and she help me obtain a favorable agreement, working at home, job reviews and the like. I was told by my attorney that in Feb.99 a court ruling on a case dealing with the ADA pushed the protection (somewhat) more to those who are able to work at their employers place of busines and less to protect those who can't. So my employer terminated me.
