You and Rich will be in my thoughts. Although I've been a CH sufferer for nigh 20 years, it was just last month that my wife got to witness me with a "10". When I've felt the pain reaching the "exquisite" stage, I have always managed to get somewhere private to deal with it. I woke her last month though with my screaming from the far side of the house, and although she did what she could to distract me I'll never forget how sick she looked just from the sight of me. A supporter has it tough too!
Anyway, I'll be praying that things get under control for you, and that you have a good life "between the aches" in the meantime.
