Hi Bob. You may be on to something; however, will this work for CHers is what concerns me. I will continue to take Verapamil SR year round. I just wonder if those who go on and off meds determined by the stats on when remission occurs can cause meds like verapamil to be less effective. By this I mean will our brains/body build up resistance if we stop and start or meds. This may concern the episodic sufferer and may be the chronic as well. Here is an illustration but totally unrelated to CH meds. Antibiotics are often mistakenly perscribed to people who don't need them; others do not take the entire perscription. Result??? The body becomes more resistant to antibiotics. This is one major reason why new antibiotics are being sought after.
