Marina,
As everything with CH, also triggers are different for different people. One of the most common surely is alcohol. Second on the list is probably MSG (Mono Sodium Glutamat), a 'taste enhancer' that is added to almost all preprocessed food, read the small print on the label. But MSG also occurs naturally: some hard cheeses, cooked tomatoes (but raw ones are save), soy (used to fabricate this poison), etc. Some people report nuts, dairy products, chocolate as triggers.
I suggest, that you keep a journal of everything you eat and try to find out what caused an attack (especially the 'out of schedule' ones). In this way I could identify walnuts, hazelnuts and almonds (but not peanuts and coconuts, which are not real nuts anyway) as a trigger for me.
Good luck in avoiding triggers,
Ueli
