When I don’t have any meds and a cluster hits, my blood pressure approaches heart-attack/stroke levels, which helps to get the attention of ER docs who seem to think that I would get up at three o’clock in the morning, pay for a $12.00 cab ride, and wait two hours just to annoy them.
