i did it wrong. the error apparently is too much water all at once. you have to work up to it.
when i started, i jumped in with all 4 feet. ended up at the er with a doc telling me ppl die from drinking too much water. leaches salts out of you. but your bod adjusts to it. it's a marathon, not a drag race.
and i drink tap water. such as it is.
