Do what Barb says. Pack up, get out, and renew yourself even if it's only for an hour a day. Do a weekend if you can swing it.
If you don't take care of yourself first, you won't be any good to Rich or the kids either. It's hard to do, but maybe if you hear it enough you'll be convinced....
