This tends to be a sensitive subject for some who will insist that clusters are worse than migraines. This probably stems from people's lack of understanding of clusters. Few people have even heard of them. Naturally you can become defensive when you feel misunderstood and also experience self-pity to the point where you think you're worse off than everyone else.
I have a few friends who experience mirgaines and I can't say that my headaches are worse than their maigraines.
I can say though that I am envoius of the fact that they can vomit and I cannot. Even worse than the pain to me is the intense nausea I feel during a cluster and yet I never never throw up.
