I wish I didn't belong to this "exclusive club" either. As far as the terminology, please ask, I did, and still do, and find that I get a friendly response right away. I understand that if you're in a cycle right now you don't want to be searching for answers glued to a computer screen for too long, however, I found that coming here helped me greatly during my cycle.
