twisted my shoulder last month building my deck;
washed down ibuprofen with iced tea for 10 days
now it's all better;

PLEASE
if your post has nothing to do with CH at least be considerate enough to indicate that in your subject heading
people seem to forget that to help ourselves and each other, we have to plow thru all the posts
that takes lots & lots of time
if I wanted info that is CLEARLY about migraine and migraine only, I'd subscribe to a migraine list server
