The Imitrex Injections are a breeze. The pen is used to automatically inject the medication in the skin. It has a spring mechanism that is primed and ready to use. You just load it and press it next to your skin, your arm, thigh, somewhere you have some fat. After holding or pressing it to your skin you just push the button on the end and hold it there for 5 seconds (time for all the medication to be ejected) and you are done. It's that simple. I had to do one in the parking lot of my pharmacy today. It's easy and works faster. Fast is very important when your pain is climbing up faster and faster.
