I do recommend Dr. Donald Dalessio of the Green Hospital at Scripp's Clinic in La Jolla, CA (619-554-8896). Unfortunately, I live in LA and commuting to San Diego for consultations is almost as inconvenient as going to NYC for care. I can control my headaches, within reason, through a combination of Imitrex, Cafergot, Ativan and Baclofen. I need a recommendation for a physician in LA who can provide these prescriptions.
