Wow!! Just found this board tonite. I don't know why I didn't look to the Web for info before. This board seems like a godsend after 15 years of pain, albeit pain not half as bad as some of you. I plan to ask many questions of you, and hopefully I won't annoy you all too much. Is it me, or has this summer heat and humidity (in the East) made CH incredibly frequent and painful--more than usual. Thanks!!
