They can be good or bad, depending on many factors. Some people will only be pain free for a couple of hours, some for a few days. They really don't hurt getting though, so it is worth a try. Try to get it during a headache. This will allow the doctor to know how many spots to hit, to totally wipe it out. My wife's doctor did it in less than 5 minutes, in his office. Not a big deal.
