I have to agree gary g. Let’s not set “rules”. Let’s be considerate. This will not always happen, but WE should all try to be considerate. I respect your opinion. I hope everyone respects everyone else’s opinion. I hope people respect my opinion. WE obviously won’t always agree. That would be God-awful boring. I hope that there will be people who agree with me and people who will disagree with me. I look at this board as a big circle of chairs. Each chair has a different human being sitting in it. Each human being has his/her own brain and voice.
I’ve heard stories of people that read this board and are afraid or refuse to post. This I don’t understand. When I write a post to this board I hit the “submit post” button and then I sit back and say, “I wonder what everyone in the chairs around me is going to say about that”. I love the ability to express my thoughts and ideas and questions to this wonderful circle of people. Why someone would just sit in their chair and not say anything seems to be awful boring to me.
I came to this site in early to mid December of 1998. It took me 3 to 4 weeks to click on everything on this web-site. I could not believe the information and comments from fellow Cluster sufferers and supporters. I immediately signed the “Guest Book”. Then I read and read and read. I didn’t post my first message until the second week of January 1999.
I basically followed what the paragraph at the top of this page told me to do. It says this:
“If you have not signed our Guest Book yet, please take a moment to do so! Its a great way to let other sufferers know that they are not alone! If you haven't seen the very detailed, FANTASTIC information about Cluster Headaches yet (features, characteristics, treatments, etc.) Click Here! (link to "about" web-site)”
I took that paragraph to mean this to me: “Drummer: Please read and read and read. After you are done reading please grab a chair and sit and talk to US about Cluster Headaches”. Feel free to vent, ask questions, give opinions, and pretty much say anything that is on your mind”.
I LIKE THIS GROUP OF CHAIRS. I MAY POSSIBLY BE IN LOVE WITH THE PEOPLE IN THE CHAIRS. YA-HOO!!!!
