Family,
While I'd never want "rules" on posting, following some guidelines would be helpful for a lot of people still among the working masses that don't have the time to open every post to determine the contents. As Gary suggexts, be specific in the subject line. I rarely read the posts asking about meds because I don't do them but always read the ones about O2. Unless the poster has a vision problem, don't post in all caps. It's enuff to give a lot of us a HA. Don't use the board to address a specific individual unless the individual has not posted with an email address. Use email instead. Don't post anonymously, what are the anonys afraid of, we don't bite. Do feel free to post anytime, any length, any subject and any reason if it's of general interest to the board or if you need a cyber shoulder to cry on. We are, after all, a support group for CHers. While the archives are a great source of info, the size has become so vast that looking for a specific topic there can be frustrating. We should try to be as helpful as possible when a newbie asks "What are shadows?" or "What is The Kip Scale?". I had so many inquiries re "The Kip Scale" that DJ put it on the side bar. Finally, absolutely no commercialization, period! Yeah Claudette & A Dame (damn lady, wish you'd change that, I feel like I'm talking down to you), it looks like an ad because it is an ad and will, I'm sure be dealt with as soon as our webmaster gets off the jet ski.

Posting Rules!
Support OUCH, zeroes for all.
Kip
