Todd,

My point is that teaching someone from this board (by example) to define their clusters as demons might lead them down a path which makes it difficult for them to cope with clusters.

As for being serious, I do not begrudge anyone the opportunity to be humorous. I was suggesting not that we can't be humorous but that we need to be careful how we express ourselves on the board.

I genuinely don't feel it is helpful to teach newcomers "demon" metaphors. Someone was already confused by "non-inclusive language".

If we truly want to educate and be helpful to others we'll use correct terminology. Once we go around talking about demons and dancing with our headaches we may lose credibility. Maybe that's why it's difficult for others to understand.
