I use pred mainly as a energy booster. I vary
between 20 and 5mg. When i get to 5 i begin
to sag and then go to back to 20. I worry
about side effects bu so far i am ok.However
the doc thinks i am adrenal deficient so i have
to be on pred at some level every day.
