We all agree to disagree (how else can we learn from each other), but we MUST keep our sense of humor (even when we're serious). Otherwise we'd all be basket cases.
You know in Reader's Digest there's a section titled "Laughter is the Best Medicine". I firmly believe that. There have been times when I was in the dooldrums and came to this board and someone had posted something so outrageous that I was laughing so hard my dog thought I had flipped out, but you know what - when I got off the board, I felt a whole lot better.
We all get our noses out of joint every once in a while, but we just can't take things personal. The only time I really get hot (on this board) is when someone picks on one of my clusterkids - then I jump in with "fighting words".
This board is for Cluster Headaches and those who suffer and those who support those who suffer. Education is a main objective, whether it be about "natural" remedies (and I'm all for them) or medicines. We HELP a lot of people and a lot of people HELP us. That's known as the "sharing of information". This is information we can take to our respective doctors and discuss. There is probably more knowledge and information on this board about Cluster Headaches than in all the medical schools in the country. Why? Because we share our knowledge with each other, we research and share our research and we share our experiences.
We are a FAMILY. Now you are free to stay or go - your choice. If you choose the latter, the only one you'll be hurting is yourself. But that's just my opinion - I could be wrong.
