Thank you for your input! And after talking to the EEOC on friday I found out hat I needed to speak to the DOL. After a basic description of what happened
the person I spoke to took my name and address and mailed me a complaint form to fill out! So it appears that I'm on my way to getting this matter fixed!
I will keep the group updated as to what happens with the hope that I can help someone else if they ever go thru with something like this.
