I truly understand how you feel. Shear panic for me when I am alone. Pray. Ask God to help you get through this pain. Demand the the Devil leave you alone. I hope this doesn't offend you, and don't really care who it offends if you are not religous, but prayer works wonders.

We are never alone, God is always with us.

Breathing very deep, cold air helps me during my worst. Ice packs to neck, throat and head. Try to relax you jaw. I find that I clinch my jaw and grind my teeth so harding during an attach. I try to relax that jaw, however, a couple of minutes later I find that I have it clinched again. Just try to concentrate on relaxing that jaw and breathing deep cold air.
