Usually, I have mine set to 10-15 minimum. 99% of my headaches are 9's and 10's so I breathe really really hard. You're not using one of those nose thingy's are you? From what I've seen on this board in the last year+ you MUST use a mask.
Methylprednisolone? Don't know if I've ever seen that one. I know Methyl (Methysergide - http://www.clusterheadaches.com/about.html#Methysergide) and I definately know Prednisolone (Prednisone - http://www.clusterheadaches.com/about.html#Prednisone), but I've never heard of Methylprednisolone. Did a search on www.rxlist.com and didn't see it there either. ???
But I say WOW!!!! Verapamil, Imitrex nasal spray, antihistimines, Depakote, and this methylprednisolone?? That's ALOT at once! I would double check drug interactions at www.rxlist.com if I were you.
