hydrating the 02 may help reduce some of the possible advesre effects, which is at least part of the scheme (goal = more relief with fewer sideeffects)
make a gallon size water pipe from a wide mouth platic jar (like restaurant stuff comes in)
change water frequently, use bottled water if you have chemically treated water (like in cities with publoic water supply)

this helps reduce the drying effect that the 02 causes, which in turns helps your respiratory system immensely - exces drying of all those tissues is probably the biggest problem we'll encounter w/the CH oxygen protocol
