The iternet address was way too long. Just go to medscape.com and search the phrase "Oxygen and Cluster." I'm sure you'll find it. It was the very first hit.
Also, the Dr. states that in addition to sitting up with bent head, the oxygen should be administered at 7L/minute for 20 minutes with a 5 minute rest before repeating.
